Made-to-Order Artwork

Unless otherwise stated, our physical artwork is produced individually after an order is placed.

We work with professional printing and fulfillment partners to manufacture, package, and ship our products.

Because our prints are made to order, production generally begins after payment has been accepted and the order has been transmitted for fulfillment.

Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to represent our artwork accurately through product photographs, descriptions, and digital previews.

However, differences in monitor calibration, screen brightness, display technology, printing materials, and production processes may result in minor variations between the images displayed online and the finished artwork.

Such variations are normal and do not necessarily constitute manufacturing defects.

Significant printing errors, incorrect artwork, manufacturing defects, or products that materially differ from their descriptions will be addressed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, available sizes, materials, finishes, and pricing.

We may discontinue products or limit quantities when necessary.

Changes will not affect accepted orders except as permitted by applicable law or with the customer's agreement.

3. ORDERS AND PURCHASES

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorization, and product availability.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment authorization failures, pricing errors, or product unavailability, subject to applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are manufactured on demand, orders may enter production shortly after purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production begins.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in United States dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the price applicable to an accepted order will generally be the price displayed when the order was placed.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping is included in the advertised purchase price of eligible artwork delivered within the United States.

Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Any additional charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before the customer completes the purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers supported by our e-commerce platform.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We do not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method.

5. PRODUCTION, SHIPPING, AND DELIVERY

Production

Unless otherwise stated, each canvas print is individually manufactured by our professional printing partner.

Production includes printing, finishing, stretching, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment, as applicable.

Typical production times for our U.S.-fulfilled canvas prints are approximately 3–5 business days.

Production estimates may vary depending on product specifications, manufacturing schedules, seasonal demand, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

Typical domestic shipping times are approximately 4–6 business days after production is completed.

Estimated Delivery

Customers should generally allow approximately 7–12 business days for production and delivery.

All delivery estimates are approximate and exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tracking Information

When available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided after the order ships.

Tracking updates may not appear immediately after a shipping label is created.

Shipping Problems

We are committed to helping customers resolve legitimate delivery problems.

If artwork is lost, arrives damaged, or is delivered incorrectly, customers should contact us promptly.

We will investigate the circumstances and arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

Customers will not be required to bear the cost of replacing artwork damaged during shipment or lost before delivery where responsibility rests with Untamed Light or our fulfillment partners.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT

Ownership of Photographic Artwork

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the photographs, photographic compositions, artwork, images, written descriptions, designs, branding, and other original creative materials displayed on our website are owned by Untamed Light Fine Art LLC or used with appropriate authorization.

These materials are protected by applicable United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Purchase of Physical Artwork

Purchasing a photographic print or canvas transfers ownership of that particular physical item to the purchaser.

It does not transfer ownership of the underlying photograph, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.

The purchaser may display, gift, or lawfully resell the physical artwork.

However, purchasing artwork does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially exploit the underlying photograph.

Prohibited Reproduction and Use
